The KRAV MAGA Training Center is located in Clube VII, inside Parque Eduardo VII, an exceptional location in the heart of Lisbon. This new 100m2 facility offers quality personalized training in Portugal's first Krav Maga Center.

The KRAV MAGA Training Center was established by Sam Lumpini in cooperation with Clube VII for Krav Maga training of professionals and civilians. The training center offers group and individual classes as well as training courses for professionals, women, children, and senior citizens.
The training program is designed for the portuguese law enforcement agencies: security forces, GNR, PSP, intervention corps (riot police), PJ, maritime authorities, army, and other security professionals. The Center is also focused on training civilians through various class levels, for both men and women, of all age groups.
The KRAV MAGA Training Center offers top-quality training in a unique environment. Classes and educational sessions are run by Sam Lumpini, a Martial art combat sport professional with over 23 years of experience and co-founder of the KRAV MAGA Training Center.
The goal of the training is to understand and embrace the Krav Maga system in order to interiorize self-defense mechanisms against all types of threats, with or without weapons, indoors or out, in order to quickly neutralize a potential attacker.
Once this goal is reached, the training continues in outdoor settings, in accordance with individual professional circumstances and needs linked to specific situations, the public, stress, etc.
The KRAV MAGA Training Center offers ongoing tailored training possibilities:
Defense against: knives, sticks/clubs, weapons; keys, handcuffs, civil protection; combat tactics.
In 2008, Sam unveiled the doors of the Lumpini Gym, which offers Krav Maga classes to whoever is willing to learn or enhance his/her knowledge in Krav Maga. The Krav Maga proposed is the Lumpini Self Defense, a new approach with a unique goal; the study of the attacking technics, in order to improve the self defense technics and turn them into more efficient ones. The Lumpini Gym has received an overwhelming success since its grand opening.
Hard work and dedication provided by the Lumpini Team throughout national seminars such as in Lisbon, Evora, Coimbra, Braga, Vilamoura, and Ericeira, helped increase the popularity of the Lumpini Gym. The Lumpini Self Defense is now represented in several countries such as Portugal, Spain, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, France and the U. S., destinations where Sam travels frequently during the year offering workshops.
